By engaging the services of Mendra Services Ltd, accessing our website (https://mendraservices.pro), or subscribing to our maintenance retainer packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Mendra Services Ltd acts as a maintenance proxy for UK landlords, providing triage, contractor dispatch, and photographic reporting. We engage independent, vetted UK tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, decorators) to carry out works. While we manage the process and enforce quality standards, Mendra Services Ltd is entirely distinct from the independent contractors acting on site.
Retainer plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually and offer distinct benefits such as 0-hour emergency response and trade discounts. A retainer plan does NOT cover the cost of contractor labour or materials; those are billed separately via transparent invoices with zero hidden markups from us beyond our explicit material handling fees. Retainers strictly secure our triage, supervision, inspection, and emergency dispatch services.
Retainer fees are charged automatically via Stripe at the beginning of your billing cycle. Invoices for contractor labor and materials are due upon receipt of the final job condition report via WhatsApp or Email. Failure to settle contractor invoices within 7 days may result in the suspension of future maintenance dispatches, including emergency services, to your property portfolio.
All content on this website, including but not limited to branding, design, photography, and text, is the intellectual property of Mendra Services Ltd and protected by UK copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written permission.
Mendra Services Ltd provides triage and inspection management. We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, gross tenant negligence, acts of God (e.g., severe flooding/storms), or delays caused by material supply chain failures across the UK. Our liability to you in relation to any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the sum equivalent to three (3) months of your current retainer fee.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to all active retainer clients. Your continued use of the services following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
